This project seeks to bridge the digital divide by equipping underserved rural and refugee schools in Balochistan, Pakistan, with internet connectivity, distance learning tools, and ICT capacity building.
By targeting both Pakistani and Afghan refugee students, the initiative aims to improve access to quality STEM education through recorded and online sessions, train teachers in digital pedagogy, and ensure project sustainability via hardware installation, local engagement, and dedicated digital platforms.
To digitally empower underserved and refugee school communities in Balochistan by providing internet connectivity, distance learning tools, and teacher training for equitable access to quality education.
Comprehensive survey of 70 schools across 15 districts of Balochistan, with 14 schools selected based on infrastructure and capacity.
Formal agreements signed with Education Department of Balochistan and Afghan Consulate schools for institutional support.
Equipment including wireless access points, computers, webcams, LED screens, and solar-powered UPS systems installed.
Dedicated platform www.c2uproject.org and Android app created for resource sharing and content distribution.
5-day hybrid workshop training 28 teachers (including 13 women) from remote and refugee schools in ICT integration.
180+ STEM video lectures in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Math recorded in Urdu and Farsi/Dari languages.
